WELCOME - This is a test site, ALL INFORMATION IS NOT REAL...

Tribe A is pleased to provide TTSORS for the citizens of the Tribe A Indian Reservation. The Tribe and Territory Sex Offender Registry System (TTSORS), is available free of charge to tribes and territories as is a registered sex offender management and community notification tool. The system enables agencies to provide sex offender notification to community members and automatic participation with the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website, the only government registry website that links public, state, territory, and tribal sex offender registries from one national search site.

As part of SORNA, all qualifying sex offenders who work, go to school, or reside within the tribal boundaries are required to register with the tribe, regardless of whether they are registered with another compliance entity. Also, ANY SEX OFFENDER VISITING THE TERRITORY must contact the tribe by telephone immediately upon entering the Territory. The sex offender must contact the tribe by telephone upon a change of plans and upon exiting the Territory. SORNA requires registration in the 50 States, the five principal territories, the District of Columbia, and the Indian tribes. This is stated in SORNA ยง113(a) which provides that sex offenders must register in the jurisdictions (as so defined) in which they live, work, or attend school.

In addition, the SORNA compliance process establishes the Test Tribe Sex Offender Registry website as a publicly accessible registry.
